How it started:

In December 2020, I got severe right testis pain with abdominal pain. Due to this, I had an appendicitis surgery in Dec 2020. After a week I got pimples on my stomach at right abdominal area, so surgeon gave antibiotics, and it became quite normal, no pain for 1 month.

After 1 month, pain started in lower abdomen below navel area, and it spread to right hip along with diarrhoea due to antibiotics, so I went to general physician in February 2021. After 10 weekly consultations symptoms got decreased. After 2 weeks again got pain – started in lower abdomen below navel area, and it spread to right hip.

And then again testis pain started along with lower abdomen pain. I went to a couple of corporate hospitals, they did urine culture test and said that I have Klebsiella oxytoca bacteria in my urine. I was given treatment for 2 months (piperacillin-tazobactam), but symptoms came back after couple of months.

I went to multiple hospital but no use. In August, I got a diagnosis from one of the urologists in Bangalore, Doctor said that I have multiple bacteria (Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterococcus species) in Semen and urine after doing radiology and Urine, Semen culture tests.

I panicked and went to Apollo hospital. Based on the reports I had, doctor gave medicine for 1.5 months. Some days later, symptoms got decreased.

But after few months, some symptoms started again with heavy right leg pain. So I went to Apollo hospital again this time I get know I have L4L5 Disc herniation and started having medication for pain and nerves inflammation.

A couple of months earlier, I had read an article about Phage Therapy. With the help of Pranav sir, I went for more diagnosis, and found actual root cause and found that multiple bacteria were in my samples so immediately took decision to take phages.

November 2021:

Started taking Phages as per diagnosis. After 1.5 months symptoms decreased, I was having mild pain in lower abdomen right side below navel area and at iliac crest, iliac fossa and radiating pain from right testis and right leg pain. I felt testis pain reducing slowly and pain at right side of my groin.

July 2022

I went for more diagnosis found seems all most bacteria species are reduced but 1 bacteria is still with moderate stage I’m going to take phages for that hopefully that will reduce soon too.
